At TentPest, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.
This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Delete Your TentPest Account

You can request account deletion using the methods below.

Option 1: Delete Account From the App

If the option is available inside the app:

• Open the TentPest app
• Go to Profile
• Tap on Delete Account
• Confirm the request

Your account deletion request will then be processed.

Option 2: Request Deletion Using the Form Below

If you are unable to delete your account from the app, you can submit a manual request using the form.

Please fill in the details carefully so we can verify and process your request.

Form Fields:

• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number or Email
• App Username (if applicable)
• Reason for Account Deletion (optional)
• Submit Button

Once submitted, our team will review and process your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After your request is confirmed, the following data will be permanently removed:

• User account details
• Name, phone number, and email
• Login credentials
• App-related data linked to your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained temporarily if required for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Security or fraud prevention

Such data is securely stored and never used for promotional purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally completed within
7–10 working days after verification.

Important Information

• Deleted accounts cannot be restored
• You will lose access to all TentPest services after deletion
